Abra una terminal e ingrese lo siguiente:

wget -q -O - https://dl-ssl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub | sudo apt-key add -

Eso importará la clave GPG actualizada de Google.

Debería poder actualizar el sistema sin ningún error.

El problema es que también está fallando, al azar. Mi compilación se ejecuta en TravisCI y algunos de ellos fallan por la misma razón. Instalé correctamente la clave exactamente como se muestra arriba. Acaba de comenzar recientemente. = (

Ya tenía esa llave y estaba funcionando hasta hace un par de días. Eliminé la clave que tenía y usé el comando anterior, pero no resolvió el problema. Todavía tenía el error de firma no válida. La respuesta de mikhail resolvió el problema para mí. No aparecieron más errores GPG y apareció una nueva actualización para Google Chrome.

Hice lo mismo en mi Kubuntu 15.04. El comando gpg --recv-keys solo funcionó para mí después de agregar "0x" antes del número BADSIG. Entonces, el comando era gpg --keyserver hkp: //subkeys.pgp.net --recv-keys 0xA040830F7FAC5991

Tuve que descargar el archivo de clave de Google https://www.google.com/linuxrepositories/ e importarlo a la autenticación de fuentes de software.
