Quiero usar mi mouse bluetooth. simple como eso. así que conecté el mouse con mi computadora portátil; al principio funcionó bien, pero después de varios minutos dejó de funcionar repentinamente y no se iniciará hasta que se reinicie.

así que reinicié mi computadora portátil y al inicio del sistema todo funciona bien, pero nuevamente después de unos minutos, mi mouse deja de funcionar.

Tenía org.bluez.Error Bloqueado cuando escribí power ony eso se puede solucionar haciendo lo primero aquí: rfkill unblock bluetooth github.com/linrunner/TLP/issues/180#issuecomment-170236915

Al tratar de usar mi teclado bluetooth Logitech K380, tuve los mismos problemas que Soraphis. Desinstalar TLP de mi sistema finalmente lo resolvió para mí.

Intente deshabilitar o desinstalar TLP si lo tiene instalado.

¿Qué es "TLP" y cómo lo desinstalo? ¿Te refieres al paquete tlpy desinstalar con sudo apt remove tlp?

Como no puede alcanzar hci0:

hciconfig hci0 up

No estoy seguro de por qué estaba haciendo esto, pero pude hacerlo funcionar sin reiniciar ejecutando bluethoothctl, girando power off, luego power on(que falló), luego saliendo con quit, e intentando power offy power onotra vez.
