Error durante la actualización en Ubuntu 16.04

Cuando intento actualizar el software en mi computadora sudo apt-get upgradeaparece el siguiente error

Traté de ejecutar las dos soluciones recomendadas, pero tampoco resuelven el problema. Traté de buscar el problema pero no pude encontrar algo similar.

Supongo que su lista de paquetes y caché del administrador de paquetes está obsoleta.

¿pero por qué?

Está utilizando xenial, uno de los paquetes que está intentando alcanzar es libpam-systemd, que su administrador de paquetes intenta buscar desde aquí:

Qué servidor le responde con un 404, eso significa que no existe.

Si revisa el repositorio principal , verá que tampoco está allí.

Y si busca libpam-systemden la xenial-updatessección en paquetes de Ubuntu . el resultado sería 229-4ubuntu16 mientras intentas llegar a 229-4ubuntu11, y lo otro es que esta nueva versión está disponible en el repositorio elegido. aqui esta.

¿Qué hacer?

Actualiza tus listas:

sudo apt update

Debería hacer el trabajo por ti.

Sin embargo, si después de actualizar las listas, aún tiene el problema, intente eliminar estos archivos y luego ejecute el comando anterior nuevamente:

sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/*
sudo rm /var/cache/apt/*.bin
