¿Cómo cablear esta lámpara de techo?

Tengo esta lámpara de techo de metal pero tiene dos cables de tierra, uno para el soporte en el techo y otro para la tapa de la bombilla, y no sé si tengo que conectarlos a los cables de la casa o simplemente dejarlos. .. me puedes explicar que hacer con ellos?

Está destinado a atornillar las dos conexiones a tierra del accesorio, y conectarlas a la conexión a tierra del tercer cable en el circuito.
